Kaiser Roseville
Valley Vision worked with hospitals, nonprofits, and local government leaders to help them uncover ways to strengthen the health safety net for local residents and families in South Placer County.+ Read more
Valley Vision partnered with Sacramento County Division of Public Health to assess the capacity and efficacy of the public health system in Sacramento County. The investigation defined the components, activities, competencies, and capacities of the public health system. Findings are used to set priorities, develop goals, and identify strategies for improving public health systems in Sacramento County.+ Read more
The RICO initiative (Regional Industry Clusters of Opportunity) is helping identify and implement workforce and economic development strategies for the Sacramento region around zero emission vehicles and Waste to Energy technologies. Valley Vision is facilitating action to enable industry growth and ensure that infrastructure and policy systems adjust to the needs of these emerging technologies.+ Read more

Valley Vision helped SACOG research approaches to support community-serving farms and ranches in the rural parts of the Sacramento region. Interviews with farmers helped us gather ideas for ways to increase connections between food producers and local eaters.+ Read more
Valley Vision worked with our mapping partners at the Sacramento Area Council of Governments to assemble the region's first-ever database and GIS map of all permanently protected lands in the area. These open spaces, working landscapes, recreation areas and wildlife habitats are vital parts of the fabric of the region.+ Read more
