Chester Draculan
Chester joined Valley Vision 2024 as a Project Associate in the Leadership and Civic Engagement impact area. Chester primarily supports We Prosper Together and the California Jobs First Regional Investment Initiative.
Professional Experience
Initially pursuing a tech career, Chester instead pursued a career bridging resources to underserved communities. He then moved to Fresno and served as an Americorps CivicSpark fellow, primarily focusing on Workforce Development and Clean Mobility initiatives. Afterward, he joined the CivicSpark team to support their Americorps Fellowship program. Chester is passionate about advancing social equity through Economic and Workforce Development.
Interests
Chester enjoys spending time with his family, friends and his three dogs Betts, Bonnie and Boof. He finds joy in being active in his community.
