Meghan Phillips is the CEO and founder of Honey Agency, a Sacramento-based hub for exceptional talent that provides voice, story, and identity to boutique and national brands. Nearly twenty years of strategic brand development, finding people’s passion, and a knack for creating captivating campaigns has made Meghan a trusted industry leader and a wise advisor.
Realizing her purpose early, Meghan laid the foundation for an exciting career with a business and wine marketing degree from Sonoma State University. Her keen instinct for leveraging her traditional and proven marketing background with on-trend, emerging tactics has helped her lead hundreds of successful consumer campaigns; varying in diverse industries from food, wine, and agriculture to social causes and behavior change.
Driven by the entrepreneurial fire in her belly, Meghan is focused daily on empowering her team, clients, colleagues, and friends to discover their passion and purpose. Motivated by the success of those around her, she is an exceptional coach and teacher. She was recognized as one of the Sacramento Business Journals 40 under 40 in 2017 and serves in the community on several Boards, including for the Food Literacy Center (2016-2018), as the Sacramento Metro Chamber’s State of Agriculture Chair in 2017, and also as the Sacramento Metro Chamber’s 2018 Food and Ag Committee Cap-to-Cap Co-Chair.
Above all, Meghan shares her greatest joy with her husband and their two children, nestled in their 1952 Spanish adobe home in Sacramento.
