Randall Reynoso has 39 years of banking experience, 18 of which were held at Westamerica Bank in various levels of management to include Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of an eight county area before joining Placer Sierra Bank in 2000. Mr. Reynoso served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Placer Sierra Bank and its holding company, Placer Sierra Bancshares, and served on the Bank’s Board of Directors. He was principally responsible for implementing the Bank’s sales and service culture, executing against the organization’s strategic plan, all regulatory compliance and operation of its 50 banking centers statewide. He was also instrumental in taking Placer Sierra Bank public in 2004 as well as the sale of the bank to Wells Fargo in June 2007. From 2007 to July, 2017 Reynoso led business banking teams throughout Northern and Central California as well as the Bank’s investor real estate and specialty markets groups for the Pacific Midwest. In July 2017, he launched the vertical buildout of the Bank’s national Business Banking Investor Real Estate group. He currently serves as Commercial Banking Market Executive for Northern and Central California.
A native of Sacramento, Mr. Reynoso has held numerous leadership roles with philanthropic organizations, serving on boards, volunteering his time and helping to raise funds. His current service includes San Francisco Opera Association (Education Chair/Executive Committee), San Francisco Travel Association (Secretary/Treasurer), Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital (Audit Chair), and California Business for Education Excellence (Audit Chair). Past service includes NatureBridge National (Finance Chair), NatureBridge Golden Gate (Vice Chair), the Non Profit Resource Center (Board Chair), The Stanford Home Foundation (Board Chair), Sacramento Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce (Member), Sacramento Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (Director and Treasurer), CARES (Director), Sacramento Children’s Museum (Board President), the Sacramento Red Cross Chapter (Fundraiser), UC Davis Children’s Hospital (Director), American Leadership Forum Mountain Valley Chapter (Senior Fellow and Chairman), KVIE Public Television (Chairman) and the Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts (Director and Co-Chair of Development). Reynoso is the recipient of several community service awards to include Sacramento State Alumni Association’s Distinguished Service Award, the Community Services Planning Council’s Unsung Hero Award and the CARES Award of Excellence.
Reynoso is a graduate of California State University Sacramento, where he obtained his Bachelors of Science degree in Finance.
