This information was assembled on behalf of Valley Vision as a part of its Connected Community Initiative role in managing the Connected Capital Broadband Consortium. Steve Blum with Tellus Ventures assembled this information. The primary data for assessing the quantity and quality of broadband infrastructure comes from the California Public Utilities Commission, which collects service level reports from providers throughout the state. See the California interactive broadband map produced by the CPUC for more data.
