In the Sacramento/Yolo Subregion, Civic Thread and the Sacramento Asian Pacific Chamber of Commerce serve as co-partner leads. Both organizations share the goal of economic development and resilience in the region. Sacramento Asian Pacific Chamber of Commerce envisions economic opportunities for Sacramento’s diverse small business community. The Asian Pacific Chamber supports small businesses, a key stakeholder of the CERF program, by providing resources and advocating for an inclusive economy. The Asian Pacific Chamber is the lead partner on business outreach.
